Our pizza is a 12-inch Contemporary Neapolitan pizza for one person.

We use extra virgin olive oil (e.v.o oil), Italian 00 flour, Italian plum tomato sauce, Italian and Canadian cheese, and authentic Italian cured meats.

Our contemporary Neapolitan style pizza has long pre-fermentation and it is easy to digest. Even gluten-sensitive people can happily consume it. ​
